State police arrest three for shoplifting at St. Lawrence Centre Mall

Officers arrested 21-year-old Mitchell W. LaRose of Lafayette Street, Ogdensburg on a charge of Petit Larceny Sunday. They allege he stole merchandise from JC Penney.
Officers arrested 18-year-old Samantha L. Herbick of State Route 420, Massena and 19-year-old Jessica J. Thornton of Adams Avenue, Ogdensburg on a charge of Petit Larceny Sunday. It is alleged the two stole merchandise from Sears.
All were issued appearance tickets for Town of Massena Court.
