Baltimore County police said today that they have arrested a Cockeysville man in a stabbing yesterday of a woman in Randallstown and have arrested a Lutherville woman in the fatal shooting of a Sparks man Wednesday.
In addition, they were investigating a third homicide, the death of a Middle River woman found yesterday strangled in her bed.
Rex Nicholas Wesley, 36, was arrested by police tonight in the stabbing death of his girlfriend, Donna Brown, 30. Police say that around 8:30 last night, Brown's mother went to her daughter's home in the 3800 block of Marriottsville Road, where she found Brown on the floor, stabbed in the back of the neck. According to police, Brown's mother said she saw Wesley standing over Brown, and that Wesley ran away. Brown was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where she died a short time later, police said.
Police did not say where they found Wesley but that he was being questioned by homicide detectives. No charges have been filed.

It was also announced today that police arrested Keri Lynne Schneider, 36, in Wednesday's fatal shooting.
Timothy Paul Lekin, 35, was found shot to death in his car in the 100 block of Sparks Valley Road. Police say that evidence at the scene linked Schneider to the killing.
Police say that Schneider was having a relationship with Lekin, and that after the shooting, Schneider called her husband who picked her up from the crime scene and began driving to Hagerstown.
Schneider was arrested yesterday morning and charged with first-degree murder, police said. She is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Her husband has not been charged.
Police are still searching for a suspect in the death of Tanya Drakes, 33. Drakes had not been seen in several days, and police went to her home in the 700 block of Maplecrest Drive early yesterday. Police found Drakes on her bed, and an autopsy revealed that the cause of death was strangulation and her death was ruled a homicide, police said.
