Barrack Forum Rules:

Any user who posts on the State Police Message Board is agreeing to the following terms:

The State Police site is "open" to the public, But it’s main purpose is for State Police and all law enforcement. You don’t have to be a peace officer to join the site. But you must respect the site. Anything illegal is prohibited and will get you banned.

State Police is not responsible for the content that is posted on the State Police Message Board. All views that are expressed in the Message Board area of State Police are the responsibility of the person posting the message and not the responsibility of State Police. State Police does not review the messages in any way before they appear on our Message Board. State Police reserves the right to remove any message from the site at anytime if the administrators deem it to be inappropriate.

Discrediting this site or another website will permanently get you banned.
If State Police suspects you are discrediting us at another website with our name "State Police" or "SP" as a reference, or any name that the reader associates us with, you will be banned from this site.
Threats
Threats of any kind will not be tolerated and you may get banned.

Getting Banned
No user, bashing, flaming, causing site trouble, hate posts, and personal attacks, are not allowed. Any member criticizing another member in any public or private forums may be subject to get banned.

Use of Profanity
Profanity is not acceptable and trying to disguise words such as this: f**k and d**k are not acceptable, and can get you banned.

Sexual content
Threads that are sexually based are not allowed.

Spam
Spam posts are not allowed on this site.

Uploaded Images or Avatars
State Police is open to the public and inappropriate avatars, uploaded images, or links to unlawful images are not allowed. Such as any type of pornography, particularly nude or naked pics, etc. Please exercise sober judgment when choosing any post material.

Recruiting Members for other Forums or any type of Promotion is strictly prohibited
Promotion of any kind, even without linked address is extremely prohibited. Soliciting other members to join foreign forums is prohibited. Sending any types of communication such as, emails or private messages are grounds for banning. This also includes posting links to the site in your signature or your nickname on the boards.

Copying & Pasting of Protected Content
Copying & Pasting of news stories, articles, etc. is strictly prohibited unless you have the express written permission of the author. Links, quotes and discussions are allowed as long as you consider the source of the material. State Police website is not responsible for your posts.

Endorsements
State Police website may contain links to other websites. Such links are not a representation or an endorsement of any products or services rendered from these sites, and no information from such sites has been endorsed or approved by State Police unless clearly stated.

Accountability
State Police cannot be held accountable for any third-party information providers or against any and all claims and expenses, including Legal fees that may come about from its use. Which includes;
(a) Users are responsible for all liability arising from any violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights and
(b) any libelous or unlawful material contained within the Web Site, Site listings, or Postings.
All responsibility and liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic files of this site are disclaimed.
All terms and conditions of this site are governed by the Terms of the Service Agreement.
